Leanne Walker-Broker/Owner
Leanne has been in real estate since 1985 and is a Colorado native. Leanne has fifteen years experience in the REO/BPO field. She has been a leading real estate broker for more than twenty six years with extensive experience selling both new and resale residential homes with current production exceeding $50M per year. Her core capabilities include, researching comparative market activity, negotiating transactions and marketing listings to other agents, investors, and buyers. Walker Realty Group is actively helping Asset Managers dispose of REO properties in Colorado, California, and Arizona. Leanne works with several financial institutions including USBank, Bank of America, Citi Residential Lending, Chase, American Home Servicing, Old Republic National Default Management, First Preston, Hometelos, HUD, Specialized Asset Management and Wells Fargo. Leanne’s prior business experience includes training executive for three national homebuilders, managed seventeen new-home communities and thirty on-site sales associates supporting year over year growth of 5%.

Olivia Kunevicius- Agent
Olivia is an original member of the Walker Realty Team working with both buyers and sellers. She is able to effectively navigate real estate transactions for first time home buyers as well as savvy investors, guided by her commitment to honestly and integrity, along with her extensive experience in REO. Olivia has worked with clients including First Preston, Bank of America, American Home Mortgage, Asset Management Servicing, Specialized Asset Management, USRES, and Old Republic Default Management. Olivia speaks Spanish and works with Hispanic buyers and sellers on behalf of the Walker Realty Team.

Tim Higgins- Agent
Tim began his career in Real Estate in 1996. Tim has commercial real estate experience as well as residential. He has represented $60,000 deals and $3,000,000 deals (9/2010) and takes equal pride in both. Tim over educates his clients but they are much happier in the end, have less surprises and are able to make the right decision themselves. Tim strives in this business by treating his clients with exceptional service to ensure their repeat business and their much appreciated referrals. Shannon Doran- Agent and Transaction Coordinator
Shannon is a licensed Real estate agent for both buyers and sellers. With 5 years of REO experience both in the field and behind the scenes for asset management companies. Shannon has worked for Specialized Asset Management as a valuation analyst determining fair market value for inventory. Shannon also worked at Integrated Asset Services in the valuation department evaluating broker price opinions for clients. Currently Shannon works as the Transaction coordinator for the Walker Realty Group team. She handles all transactions from start to finish functioning as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale. Alisa Hagner- Director, Short Sale Advocates Colorado licensed Real Estate Broker; CDPE, GRI, MRE, SFR

Born in the Washington, DC, Alisa attended St. Mary's College in southern Maryland and graduated with a degree in theatre management. She paid her way through school by working in property management, an experience that later opened the door to her career in real estate. She worked in theatre in Sunnyvale, CA, and then moved to Denver in 1989 with her husband. Alisa loves swimming and bowling. She and her family like camping, and traveling to Sanibel Island, Florida to spend time by the sea. Alisa lives in Douglas County with three children and their 5 year old golden lab retriever mix, Pumpkin.

Thomas Emmerling
Tom has worked in real estate for over 9 years. He is also a real estate investor so he understands the world of investing in real estate.
Tom has lived in the area for over 25 years. He worked in law enforcement for over 28 years and knows the area very well, and certainly better than most.
